Tigers travel is a student organization for students that connects students who also come from outside the Memphis area. Tigers Travel provides a place where other people understand how they feel about being away form home. Tigers Travel builds connections which allow students to flourish while they are here at the University.
Staying on campus for the first time away form home can overwhelm students and most often they forget essential items at home. Tigers Travel would like to help provide these incoming freshmen with a Welcome Tiger Bag. In these bags we would include snacks, tooth brush, travel size tooth paste, hand sanitizer, box of tissues, sanitizing wipes, Memphis lanyard, and greeting card. Our goal is to make the incoming freshmen feel welcome and at home for their first year. Any unused funds will go towards next year's Tiger Bags for incoming freshmen.
