University of Memphis International Student COVID-19 Emergency Assistance

The University of Memphis is proud to host students from all over the world, with 72 foreign countries currently represented by over 500 international students in our student body. Our international students excel in their fields of study, contribute to research and innovation, and help make our city a diverse and inclusive community. We are dedicated to supporting them during these difficult times.

Our goal is to raise funds to help international students who have been directly or indirectly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. We are aware of the financial hurdles created by COVID-19. While all students have unique challenges, it is imperative to recognize the peculiar and challenging situation international students have encountered during the pandemic. Moreover, this fund will further reassure the international student community that they are always cared about and not alone.

The Fund will help to assist students who are struggling to afford unexpected expenses such as housing, health insurance, food, transportation, and other essential needs.

Join our efforts to address the urgent needs of our students facing financial hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Your gift to the International Student COVID-19 Emergency Assistance fund helps to provide international students with relief during this global crisis.
