the sandbox. is an initiative through the University Libraries to help provide free technology and technology spaces to UofM students and employees.
Our first MomentUM funding project was a huge success, and we were able to purchase a Cricut vinyl/paper cutter, sewing machine, MIDI piano keyboards (one for the Music Library), Makey Makey breadboard kits, digital art tablets, VR headsets, and more! In addition, we were able to fund four project-based workshops for Maker Mondays: pride pennants for homecoming, (maga)zines, board games, and stress dolls for exam week.
With your donation, more technology and more project- and technology-based workshops will be available at no cost to UofM students and employees.
